Home listing opportunity?  I'll be blunt. 

I don't get paid unless your home sells.  I earn my living on commissioned sales, so it's in my best interest to make sure I sell your home for the highest amount of money possible, in the shortest amount of time, with as little stress as possible. 

I will make you want to refer me to your family, friends, neighbors and colleagues. 

What to expect:

Listing your home is a partnership.  I will educate you on the neighborhood market and anticipated timelines so we can set our partnership expectations. 

  • I know the local ordinances and requirements for sale in your community.
  • I can make recommendations on necessary improvements and help you stage your home.
  • I handling the marketing and prospecting for prospective buyers, field the phone calls and inquiries, and make sure that qualified buyers are viewing your home.
  • I will help with qualifying buyers, preparing contracts, handling inspection negotiations, scheduling title work, and all of the "background" work.  
  • Most importantly, I make sure that you are well educated about the process and possibilities so you can make informed decisions throughout the sale. 

Your job is to make sure your home is in it's best possible condition for showings and readily available for buyers to view.
